Nathan Schemel is a TV producer and educator in the Sacramento region. Nathan has just completed a second of “Turf War” which is landscape competition show for the DIY network and HGTV. Before that Nathan spent 5 years as a producer for the Sacramento House Party Live broadcast. In addition to his work as a TV producer Nathan is currently the director of the Sacramento Film and Music Festival which is now in it’s 12th season of showcasing quality film work. Lastly, Nathan teaches film and video production classes at both Sacramento City College and the Art Institute of Sacramento. Nathan has a BA in film from California State University Northridge and an MBA from California State University Sacramento.
