With hundreds of booth spaces available at the 2011 CCD Expo, your business, art, or passion can be on full display for the whole world to see. Whether you’re in the video business, music production, marketing & advertising, web design & SEO, have a script you want to pitch, have an idea for a great new television show, or the best new online educational tools, being an exhibitor at the CCD Expo gives you the chance to show off to Northern California and beyond.
Start by choosing the area of the show your business, product or skill fits best. You can be in the Blue Goose where you will find producers, video editors, production crew, graphics creators, cameras, lights and action. As part of the Music Program, you will also find recording studios, musicians, voice talent, sound effects creators, equipment outlets and qualified technicians will be showing off their audio abilities.
In the center of the show is The Train Depot, home to ad agencies, PR firms, SEO experts, web designers, social networking gurus, distributors, streaming media companies, and much more. If it has to do with marketing, promotion, or distribution, The Train Depot is where you’ll find it.
There are also outdoor booth spaces available, so if that’s your preference, just let us know!
After you have selected an area, determine if you want an indoor or outdoor booth. Indoor booth space is based on 10′ x 10′ for $1000. Outside booth space is 10′ x 10′ for $250. Select the number of booths you want when ordering. It is important to know that booth space is bare without table or covers. If you would like to rent accessories for your booth space, contact the staff at CCD Expo following the purchase of your space.
Outdoor Booth Space Details:
The space is bare. There are some trees around but not enough to provide sufficient shade during the day.
It is recommended that Exhibitors bring their own cover for their booth spaces. Many people have 10×10 EZ-Ups that they have used at former shows. Local hardware stores also have pop-up tents that are relatively inexpensive.
The outside booths are located in a parking lot, so the ground is asphalt.
There will be restrooms nearby and all over the Expo.
We have nighttime Security which means you are welcome to leave the tent, tables, and such. However, please make sure to secure your tent so it won’t fly away in the event of a windstorm. It’s not advisable to leave out any valuables.
Exhibitors will be able to start set up at 5am on Friday the 16th. Exhibitor parking will be located at the old Homewood Lumber property next to Gary Doupnik Manufacturing Inc., at 3237 Rippey Road, Loomis.
We will provide transportation from there to the headquarters after you’ve parked. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
